Temperature Sensors

Harwil Corporation’s Temperature Sensing products are conveniently designed to fit into any standard process pipe fittings of 3/4 inch and larger.

The temperature sensing flow switch senses temperature as well as closes and opens a circuit at specific flow rates. This unique product is perfect for processes where both temperature and flow are critical and eliminates the need for separate, often custom made manifolds for mounting individual flow switches and temperature sensors. The dual function temperature sensing flow switch reduces component count and associated assembly and labor cost.  It may also be used as redundant systems of different technology such as high temperature shut-off in the event of flow switch failure.

Harwil temperature sensing products have wetted  surfaces of Noryl and 316 stainless steel, for pure water to mild acids and bases, and Fortron with Hastelloy C-276-276 for strong acids and bases.
Our temperature sensing products are available in any length of potted PVC jacketed cable or Quick Connect terminals. Customer specified connectors are available for OEM or volume users.
